Whether two
float _Complex
values are equal: C99 6.5.9p3, both parts equal.
The same answer PartialEq gives, and it is here because that one
takes &self: a reference to a field of a #[repr(packed)]
record is E0793, and a packed complex member is exactly what
gcc.c-torture/execute/20020227-1 compares. Taking both operands
by value asks for a copy, which a packed field will give.
