pub fn nonzero_f32(z: Complex<f32>) -> bool

Whether a float _Complex value is non-zero, which is what C’s conversion to _Bool and a controlling expression ask (C99 6.3.1.2).

Either part being non-zero is enough, so a NaN counts as true.
