Text report with saved runs and scanned workflow files.

Each shown workflow lists measured list price, the CSV invoice, and the difference, then one line per reconciled job. Jobs hidden by --top stay out of this table; their amounts are in the JSON object. When repo.json says the repository is public, each job line also shows its invoice. A standard SKU invoices at 0.00 and keeps its list price. A larger runner keeps its charge. A CSV net replaces that invoice.
