Timestamp-aware, duration-windowed technical indicators.
Unlike observation-count libraries, chrono-ta accepts
(chrono::DateTime<chrono::Utc>, value) inputs and expires observations by
elapsed time. Start with indicators and the Next trait for streaming
updates, or NextBatch for an equivalent batched state transition.
