Query planning and fluent builder API.

The QueryBuilder provides an ergonomic fluent API for constructing queries. Queries are validated at build time and compiled into a QueryPlan for execution.

A field predicate that can be evaluated against per-row-group ColumnStats min/max to skip row groups that cannot possibly match.
