Module pruning 

Multi-level segment pruning pipeline.

Eliminates segments from query processing before any data is decoded:

1. Time pruning — Exclude segments whose time range doesn’t overlap
2. Bloom pruning — Exclude segments that don’t contain the series key
3. Stats pruning — Exclude segments where column statistics exclude the predicate
