Function filter_batch

) -> Result<RecordBatch>

Apply time range and tag filters to a RecordBatch.

This is the main entry point for the filter pipeline. It:

1. Applies the time range filter on the _time column
2. Applies tag equality filters on the specified columns
3. Combines all masks with AND
4. Filters the batch

Returns the filtered RecordBatch.

Errors

Returns an error if columns are not found or have wrong types.
