chronix-cache

Caching layer for the Chronix time-series database.

This crate provides:

• LastValueCache — O(1) lookup of the most recent point per series
• SegmentCache — LRU cache for decoded Arrow arrays from segments
• MetadataCache — in-memory cache for segment metadata
