Local filesystem storage backend.

Implements StorageBackend for the local filesystem with:

  • Atomic writes via temporary file + rename
  • Positioned reads via pread (no seek/read race)
  • File permissions 0o600 (owner read/write only)
  • Namespace-scoped directory layout: {data_dir}/ns_{namespace}/shard_{id}/
