Plain (uncompressed) encoding for fallback use.

Stores values directly in their natural binary representations when specialised encoders cannot be applied or when the data is incompressible.

§Format

[count: u32]
[raw values…]
  • f64/i64/u64: 8 bytes little-endian each.
  • bool: 1 byte each (0x01 = true, 0x00 = false).
  • String: [len: u32][UTF-8 bytes…] per entry.
