Diagnostic: A structured parser error suitable for either human or machine output.

Span: A half-open byte range with one-based line and column positions.

MAX_NESTING_DEPTH: Maximum number of nested lists accepted by the Chappi v1 parser.

atom_is_canonical: Returns whether canonical serialization and reparsing preserve this atom exactly.
canonical_hash: Returns the SHA-256 digest of canonicalize’s bytes.
canonicalize: Serializes a document as deterministic, UTF-8 canonical S-expressions.
is_canonical_decimal: Returns whether a decimal literal already has its canonical spelling.
is_canonical_integer: Returns whether an integer literal already has its canonical spelling.
is_canonical_symbol: Returns whether a value canonically parses back as the same symbol atom.
is_canonical_text: Returns whether text is already in the NFC form used by canonical output.
parse_document: Parses generic S-expressions and continues after errors at later top-level lines.
