Track a lock for process-shutdown cleanup.
Most callers should use acquire_lock or try_acquire_lock, which
register successful acquisitions automatically. This helper is useful to
adapters that call Locker::lock directly but still want
clean_up_own_locks to release the lock during graceful shutdown.
Manual registration is name-based: pair it with untrack_lock when the
acquisition ends, before reusing that name. Guard Drop only removes its own
automatic registration; it cannot identify the owner of a manual entry.
Prefer the acquisition wrappers when multiple backends share lock names.
