Module dev 

cargo-tangle dev — zero-config local Tangle devnet with Blueprint Manager.

Replaces the shell-scripted boot sequence (anvil → keystore → manager → permitted caller → write .tangle.toml) with a single command. Runs detached so it doesn’t block the terminal; dev down tears everything down.

cargo-tangle dev down — stop the local devnet started by dev up.

status

cargo-tangle dev status — show whether the local devnet is up and where.

up

cargo-tangle dev up — boot a local Anvil devnet, pre-register the seeded operator, and write a .tangle.toml so every other cargo-tangle command works without arguments.
