The libc / nix / rustix PATH-and-directory syscall leaves classify charges Fs (incl. *64 and
*at variants). Module-level, not local to classify, because it is ONE of the two answers to one
question: the AS-EFF-008 masking guard (masks_locator) reads this same table, so a leaf added here
is masked by default — see LIBC_FS_NO_PATH for the direction. SOUNDNESS R806.
