An object that can be used to cancel an i/o operation.
It is created with the object it can cancel. When an operation is cancelled, it returns an error that can be identified with the is_cancelled function.

Cancels an operation on the associated object.
The pending operation is aborted and returns an error that can be checked by the is_cancelled function. If there is no pending operation, the next one will be cancelled.
