Module oxide 

Chromiumoxide launch + FINALIZE helpers (PRD: Browser::launch only, no connect).

System Chrome/Chromium only — no BrowserFetcher embedded (PRD L56 / L387). Launch flags come from build_chrome_args so proxy/webgpu/extensions are live.
