Like [rewrite_command], but emits rewritten command segments using proxy_prefix instead of the default rtk binary name.

Hosts embedding RTK can pass a shell-quoted prefix such as '/path/to/anvil' __rtk so the returned shell string preserves operators while dispatching each rewritten segment through the host binary.
