Solid assembly functions for boolean operations.
These functions build a solid from a set of face specifications (planar, NURBS, analytic) using spatial hashing for vertex deduplication and edge sharing. Post-assembly passes refine boundary edges and split non-manifold edges to ensure a valid manifold result.
