Source
Expand description

bot-forge is a configuration-driven installer for developer tools and agent skills.

The public library surface contains configuration, deterministic planning, prepared execution, registry reads, shared models, and the CLI façade. Application-only backends, artifact and skill lifecycle capabilities, lifecycle events, final reporting, terminal presentation, cancellation, and telemetry remain crate-private.

The usual library entry points are config::load_config_with_overlays, planning::plan_profile, and execution::execute. A plan is immutable once created; execution is the only public boundary that performs installation side effects.
