Function remember_proposal

pub fn remember_proposal(dir: &Path, session: &str, text: &str)

Keeps the drone’s latest proposal for the excerpt (hook, at stop and end): redacted whole, then cut to its last learn::PROPOSAL_CHARS, so a cut never lands inside a secret that was not redacted.
