Acknowledges that by (a session, or engineer[:<email>]) of this node was shown the tells and
asks ids at now: Seen lines of at most SEEN_IDS ids each, written under the log’s lock and
bounded as send bounds it. Counts no message: only a bound’s cut is counted. Nothing for a by
a line cannot carry, whom every reader would drop. The lines leave the log’s talk as it was
(wrote), and so does a cut of lines past the TTL they cause (Change::Expired), so they make no
reader read the log again; only a cut by MEMBER_BYTES moves it (Change::Cut).
