Give interp a process node of its own: its program becomes the node’s
root, and spawn starts processes in this node and no other.
interpreter_hostless calls it on every fork, so two programs never
share processes. A door that forks an interpreter per unit of work (a test
per fork) calls it on each fork for the same reason.
