Add two CSR matrices together

See [merge_csr_rows] for the merge itself; an overlap whose sum has magnitude at or below [SPARSE_MERGE_EPSILON] is dropped.

§Params

  • a - Reference to the first CompressedSparseData2 (in CSR format!)
  • b - Reference to the second CompressedSparseData2 (in CSR format!)

§Returns

CompressedSparseData2 with added values between the two.
