Module plotting 

Helpers to extract genes for plotting. Can densify raw and normalised counts, do Z-score normalisation for groups and caclulate proportion of cells.

extract_grouped_gene_stats

Compute per-group mean expression and percent expressed for a set of genes.

extract_norm_counts

Extract normalised (log1p) counts for a single gene, dense, over given cells.

extract_norm_counts_multi

Extract normalised (log1p) counts for a multiple genes, dense, over given cells.

extract_raw_counts

Extract raw counts for a single gene as a dense vector over the given cells.
