§Params

  • data - The underlying data. Assumes the orientation features x samples!
  • distance_type - One of the implemented distances.
  • k - Number of neighbours to consider
  • mu - Controls the Gaussian kernel strength
  • normalise - Shall the data be normalised prior to distance calculation

§Returns

The affinity matrix based on continuous values
