Module utils 

All type of utility modules with shared code that does not fit fully into other modules. Has assertion macros, structures designed for the heap, traits and their implementations, R <> Rust interface functions and more.

Modules

gemm

Dense GEMM entry points. gemm is the ann-search-rs drop-in for faer’s matmul that routes through Apple Accelerate under the accelerate feature on macOS. gram covers the symmetric products that would otherwise go through faer’s triangular matmul.

heap_structures

Contains structures designed to be put on the heap. One key application is checking distances via the RevOrderedFloat.

macros

Collection of generic assertion macros for the crate

matrix_utils

faer matrix transformation utils. Concantenations, row removals, etc.

simd

Targeted SIMD implementations to accelerate specific hot loops in bixverse
