Installs gpui’s task profiler into the platform hook point.
Platform backends report runnable polling through
[gpui_platform::profiler::update_running_task] and
[gpui_platform::profiler::save_task_timing]; this wires those calls to
the timing machinery in this module. Repeated calls are ignored.
