The names resolve_selector advertises: every family name (loc,
halstead, …) and every bca list-metrics row name (sloc, dloc,
…), sorted and deduplicated.
The dotted METRICS ids (cyclomatic.modified, mi.original)
resolve too but are not listed: each names a field inside a family
these names already cover, and listing all of them would bury the
families in an error message.
