Module transformations 

Variable transformations from the pybids-transforms-v1 specification.

Implements Rename, Copy, Scale, Threshold, Factor, Filter, Replace, Select, Delete, And, Or, Not, Product, Sum, Power, and Convolve transformations that operate on variable collections within a BIDS-StatsModels pipeline.
