Bayesian conjugate updates and posterior tail probabilities.
Every function in this module is explicitly Bayesian: the prior is supplied by the caller, the posterior has the stated conjugate form, and the reported interval is an equal-tailed posterior credible interval. No posterior quantity is relabelled as a frequentist confidence interval, and no posterior probability is relabelled as a p-value. Every record carries that statement in its assumptions.
