ATTR_SET Attribute - RFC 6368

Used in BGP/MPLS IP VPNs to transparently carry customer BGP path attributes through the VPN core. Acts as a stack where attributes are “pushed” at the PE ingress and “popped” at the PE egress.

Type 128, optional transitive attribute.
