Module skill 

The agent skill a build ships beside its command line: a SKILL.md that tells an agent how to reach the running application and lists every command, query, state field and UI action of this build, from the same catalog the command line and the MCP server derive theirs from.

It goes into skills/<program>/SKILL.md, beside bin/, so the folder can be copied as it is into an agent’s skills directory. Targets write it only when the application listens on the control channel; without one the programs cannot reach it.

The steps that write the skill below root, or, when the target does not listen (place is None), remove the one an earlier build left. The folder is written afresh, so a renamed program leaves no old skill.
