Crate bern_compiler 

The Bern compiler front end.

It reads the explicitly listed source files with the same parser the macros use, checks commands, bindings, localization, windows and component references, and produces the versioned bern_ir::Application that independent target modules consume. It never runs application code.

Lower style! into the application’s style sheet and check it: known controls, properties and states, semantic color roles, explicit colors for both modes, and motion tokens that exist.

compile_library

Generate the versioned descriptor of a component library from its sources. Library components are presentational: they take value parameters only and cannot own session state or call commands.

Locations are reported relative to the project, like rustc does.
