Macro build_info 

macro_rules! build_info {
    () => { ... };
}

Captures build metadata from the binary crate in which the macro is invoked.

GIT_COMMIT should be set by the build or release pipeline. It falls back to "unknown" for local builds. The Rust compiler version is recorded by baukit-runtime’s build script.
