consume

Central MarketEvent consumer loop. Initialises an exchange MarketStream using a collection of Subscriptions. Consumed events are distributed downstream via the exchange_tx mpsc::UnboundedSender. A re-connection mechanism with an exponential backoff policy is utilised to ensure maximum up-time.
