Parse a property identifier from a string.

Accepts:

  • Full names case-insensitive with hyphens: present-value, object-name
  • Common abbreviations: pv, on, ot, desc, sf, es, oos, pa, rd, ol, all
  • Numeric values: 85, 77, etc.
  • Array index syntax: object-list[3] → (OBJECT_LIST, Some(3))

Returns (PropertyIdentifier, Option<array_index>).
