Module averaging 

Averaging (type 18) object per ASHRAE 135-2020 Clause 12.5.

Computes minimum, maximum and average statistics over a sliding window of samples taken from a referenced object property. The object keeps the schedule those samples follow; the database reads the referenced property when a sample falls due (ObjectDatabase::sample_due_averaging_objects), and the application can feed samples of its own.

DEFAULT_WINDOW_INTERVAL

Window_Interval of a new Averaging object, in seconds. Fifteen minutes spreads the default 15 samples one minute apart.

DEFAULT_WINDOW_SAMPLES

Window_Samples of a new Averaging object: the 15-sample floor every implementation has to support (Clause 12.5.15).

MAX_WINDOW_SAMPLES

Largest Window_Samples an Averaging object accepts.

MIN_SAMPLE_PERIOD

Shortest spacing at which the server samples one Averaging object.
