Outbound HTTP for the one OAuth generation (hand-authored, user-owned).
Everything that leaves the process toward an OAuth provider passes through
endpoint_guard: the compile-time provider registry, the fail-closed
endpoint guard, and the transport port with its reqwest implementation.
