Report an ?include= hydration failure.
Hydration runs after the main query and only shapes the response, so it does
not fail the request — but it used to return an empty expansion SILENTLY,
which read as “no related rows”: every expanded relation rendered as null
and the underlying wiring bug was invisible. Logging at error level keeps
the response stable while making the failure diagnosable from service logs.
