JWT (JSON Web Token) handling with key rotation and multi-algorithm support
Supports HS256 (symmetric HMAC) and RS256 (asymmetric RSA) algorithms. Supports multiple signing keys for zero-downtime key rotation. Old keys remain valid during a configurable grace period after rotation.
