Hollow a solid to a stated wall thickness.
The shell is the difference between the solid and its inward offset, which is why this needs #77’s general boolean: the cavity of a non-convex solid is not expressible any other way.

Refuses a thickness that collapses the cavity, propagating the offset’s own refusal rather than returning a degenerate shell.
