#[non_exhaustive]pub enum DatabaseMigrationPreference {
Heterogeneous(Heterogeneous),
Homogeneous(Homogeneous),
NoPreference(NoDatabaseMigrationPreference),
Unknown,
}
Expand description
Preferences for migrating a database to AWS.
Variants (Non-exhaustive)§
This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Heterogeneous(Heterogeneous)
Indicates whether you are interested in moving from one type of database to another. For example, from SQL Server to Amazon Aurora MySQL-Compatible Edition.
Homogeneous(Homogeneous)
Indicates whether you are interested in moving to the same type of database into AWS. For example, from SQL Server in your environment to SQL Server on AWS.
NoPreference(NoDatabaseMigrationPreference)
Indicated that you do not prefer heterogeneous or homogeneous.
Unknown
The Unknown
variant represents cases where new union variant was received. Consider upgrading the SDK to the latest available version.
An unknown enum variant
Note: If you encounter this error, consider upgrading your SDK to the latest version.
The Unknown
variant represents cases where the server sent a value that wasn’t recognized
by the client. This can happen when the server adds new functionality, but the client has not been updated.
To investigate this, consider turning on debug logging to print the raw HTTP response.
Implementations§
source§impl DatabaseMigrationPreference
impl DatabaseMigrationPreference
sourcepub fn as_heterogeneous(&self) -> Result<&Heterogeneous, &Self>
pub fn as_heterogeneous(&self) -> Result<&Heterogeneous, &Self>
Tries to convert the enum instance into Heterogeneous
, extracting the inner Heterogeneous
.
Returns Err(&Self)
if it can’t be converted.
sourcepub fn is_heterogeneous(&self) -> bool
pub fn is_heterogeneous(&self) -> bool
Returns true if this is a Heterogeneous
.
sourcepub fn as_homogeneous(&self) -> Result<&Homogeneous, &Self>
pub fn as_homogeneous(&self) -> Result<&Homogeneous, &Self>
Tries to convert the enum instance into Homogeneous
, extracting the inner Homogeneous
.
Returns Err(&Self)
if it can’t be converted.
sourcepub fn is_homogeneous(&self) -> bool
pub fn is_homogeneous(&self) -> bool
Returns true if this is a Homogeneous
.
sourcepub fn as_no_preference(&self) -> Result<&NoDatabaseMigrationPreference, &Self>
pub fn as_no_preference(&self) -> Result<&NoDatabaseMigrationPreference, &Self>
Tries to convert the enum instance into NoPreference
, extracting the inner NoDatabaseMigrationPreference
.
Returns Err(&Self)
if it can’t be converted.
sourcepub fn is_no_preference(&self) -> bool
pub fn is_no_preference(&self) -> bool
Returns true if this is a NoPreference
.
sourcepub fn is_unknown(&self) -> bool
pub fn is_unknown(&self) -> bool
Returns true if the enum instance is the Unknown
variant.
