Expand description
Error type for the UpdateApplicationError
operation.
Variants (Non-exhaustive)§
This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
CodeValidationException(CodeValidationException)
User-provided application code (query) is invalid. This can be a simple syntax error.
ConcurrentModificationException(ConcurrentModificationException)
Exception thrown as a result of concurrent modification to an application. For example, two individuals attempting to edit the same application at the same time.
InvalidArgumentException(InvalidArgumentException)
Specified input parameter value is invalid.
ResourceInUseException(ResourceInUseException)
Application is not available for this operation.
ResourceNotFoundException(ResourceNotFoundException)
Specified application can't be found.
UnsupportedOperationException(UnsupportedOperationException)
The request was rejected because a specified parameter is not supported or a specified resource is not valid for this operation.
Unhandled(Unhandled)
Unhandled
directly is not forwards compatible. Instead, match using a variable wildcard pattern and check .code()
:
err if err.code() == Some("SpecificExceptionCode") => { /* handle the error */ }
See ProvideErrorMetadata
for what information is available for the error.An unexpected error occurred (e.g., invalid JSON returned by the service or an unknown error code).
Implementations§
source§impl UpdateApplicationError
impl UpdateApplicationError
sourcepub fn unhandled(err: impl Into<Box<dyn Error + Send + Sync + 'static>>) -> Self
pub fn unhandled(err: impl Into<Box<dyn Error + Send + Sync + 'static>>) -> Self
Creates the UpdateApplicationError::Unhandled
variant from any error type.
sourcepub fn generic(err: ErrorMetadata) -> Self
pub fn generic(err: ErrorMetadata) -> Self
Creates the UpdateApplicationError::Unhandled
variant from an ErrorMetadata
.
sourcepub fn meta(&self) -> &ErrorMetadata
pub fn meta(&self) -> &ErrorMetadata
Returns error metadata, which includes the error code, message, request ID, and potentially additional information.
sourcepub fn is_code_validation_exception(&self) -> bool
pub fn is_code_validation_exception(&self) -> bool
Returns true
if the error kind is UpdateApplicationError::CodeValidationException
.
sourcepub fn is_concurrent_modification_exception(&self) -> bool
pub fn is_concurrent_modification_exception(&self) -> bool
Returns true
if the error kind is UpdateApplicationError::ConcurrentModificationException
.
sourcepub fn is_invalid_argument_exception(&self) -> bool
pub fn is_invalid_argument_exception(&self) -> bool
Returns true
if the error kind is UpdateApplicationError::InvalidArgumentException
.
sourcepub fn is_resource_in_use_exception(&self) -> bool
pub fn is_resource_in_use_exception(&self) -> bool
Returns true
if the error kind is UpdateApplicationError::ResourceInUseException
.
sourcepub fn is_resource_not_found_exception(&self) -> bool
pub fn is_resource_not_found_exception(&self) -> bool
Returns true
if the error kind is UpdateApplicationError::ResourceNotFoundException
.
sourcepub fn is_unsupported_operation_exception(&self) -> bool
pub fn is_unsupported_operation_exception(&self) -> bool
Returns true
if the error kind is UpdateApplicationError::UnsupportedOperationException
.
