The conditions of a message type that say which value a reference holds:
UTILMD Strom [22] and UTILTS [59], “Es ist die Zeitraum-ID vom DE1156
aus einem passenden SG6 RFF+Z49 (…) einzutragen” on the SEQ’s DE1050. One
that is false names a Zeitraum the transaction does not have: the
reference is wrong, not merely not required (APERAK Z21).
