Audio visualization library for developers: quickly check audio samples visually, e.g. while working on audio algorithms.
All functionality works on mono f32 samples, typically amplitudes in
[-1.0, 1.0]. Split interleaved stereo data with deinterleave_stereo
first.
- Static images:
WaveformVisualizerrenders samples as PNG file or SVG string;SpectrumVisualizerdoes the same for frequency spectra. - Live visualization:
liverecords audio from an input device and shows the waveform plus a custom transformation (e.g. lowpass filter or spectrum) in a real-time GUI window.
Waveforms show the min/max amplitude per pixel column rather than
individual samples; WaveformVisualizer explains why.
