pub fn progress_bar(total: u64, suffix: &str) -> ProgressBar

Build a styled progress bar for a scan of total items.

The suffix is appended after the pos/len counter (e.g. "ports scanned" or "addresses scanned"), so both the port and address scanners can share the same bar style.
