Fields§

§events: u32

Distributions that went ex inside the window.

Zero is a real answer and a good one: these instruments pay nothing, so the margin needs no correction.

§strategy_income: f64§benchmark_income: f64§overstatement: f64

The gap as a fraction of starting capital, in the same units as the excess return it comes off.

§corrected_excess: Option<f64>

The excess return with the gap taken out, where taking it out means anything.

None on a total-return dataset: the distributions are already in the excess return there, so subtracting the gap again would report a margin smaller than the account earned. The rest of this view still holds — only the subtraction stops being valid.

§complete: bool

False when some instrument the run held has no distribution series, in which case the figure is a floor rather than the answer.

§covered: u32§instruments: u32
