Sets transition effect animation settings.

Note:** If combine is used for combining transition effects, the animation settings of a transition effect are applicable to the one following it.

Arguments

effect - Indicates the transition effect options.

animation - Indicates the animation settings.

Returns

Returns the error code. Returns [ARKUI_ERROR_CODE_NO_ERROR] if the operation is successful. Returns [ARKUI_ERROR_CODE_PARAM_INVALID] if a parameter error occurs.
