Classify an RSX listener name passed by Dioxus to a renderer.
Canonical listener names use the RSX spelling: onclick, onchange,
onscroll, onarea, and so on. Dioxus strips the leading on before
handing a listener name to the renderer, so the compact spelling (click)
resolves to the same identity.
The relation is generated from the listener declarations in
crate::events, which is also what defines the listener functions
themselves — a name that exists there always classifies, and one that does
not never will.
