Write one extracted file’s forks to the host in the chosen container format.

raw_rsrc_path overrides where a ForkFormat::Raw resource sidecar is written; the orchestrator passes a collision-free path here (see [raw_rsrc_sidecar_path]). It is ignored for every other format, and a None falls back to the natural name.rsrc next to target.
